Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping carrier selected. Available shipping options may include USPS and UPS services.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method, destination, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, inventory location, or package size. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Gold Drip LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@golddrip.us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
